Club Boat

Derby BSAC owns Tornado, a small Rigid hull Inflatable Boat (RIB), which we use for some of our UK diving trips.

The boat is fully insured and provides us with the flexibility to dive as and when we choose.

As with all aspects of diving, safety is paramount. We ensure the boat complies with the latest SOLAS (Safety of Life at Sea) regulations and recommendations. On every dive trip we carry our own oxygen equipment, and the boat is equipped with essentials such as a marine radio, dive flag and a toolkit.
